About this experience
See the North's most loved tourist attraction mapped out below, as you fly through the skies with a friend in a Cessna 172. With the pilot guiding you along this World Heritage Site, take in the magnificent views of Roman forts Vindolanda, Housesteads and Birdoswald, and marvel at the fact that they have endured for over 2000 years. See the northern boundary of the Roman Empire twist and turn through the English scenery, as the pilot lifts off from and eventually returns to Carlisle Airport.
