Come aboard a beautiful Edwardian sailing barge, moored on Maldon’s picturesque Hythe Quay for a memorable tearoom experience.These barges boast their distinctive red ochre sails, evoke an era long since past. Once the East Coasts traditional cargo vessel at the turn of the century the Thames Sailing Barge fleet numbered over 2,000, today only a handful of traditional Barges survive. Included within this experience is an afternoon tea for two made with fresh ingredients supplied from Maldon high
