shooting techniques such as stance, grip, aim and tracking a target
across the sky before you put what you have learnt into practice
with 30 clays on the different shooting stands.

what it takes to become a proficient archer as you get to grips
with a bow and arrow and the exhilarating, ancient sport of
archery.
