Master the art of cheese making with this four hour lesson where you’ll learn first-hand how to make cheese with your expert chef. You will be guided step by step from milk to maturation, whilst making the following soft cheeses; Mozzarella, Ricotta or Paneer.Once you’ve created your cheese you will be able to taste it, along with some hand-made chutneys, breads and Ann's smart oils.
