Wine Tasting Experience Days: Love wine? Love food? Then you're in for a treat! This
particular experience lets you choose out of five mouth-watering
food and wine pairing classes, so depending on whether you're a
sweet or savoury fan, have a taste for Italian wine or Spanish, or
just want to learn which wines go with what, there's a class for
everyone to enjoy.
With two venues in Southampton and Winchester, the food and wine
pairing classes are easily accessible and run with a maximum of 25
people, making the sessions intimate and personal.
Classes that run
throughout the year include pairing wine and chocolate, wine and
cheese, Italian wine and Italian food, Spanish wine and tapas, and
even an unusual wine and Asian takeaway pairing - how will you ever
decide? Throughout each class you'll sample a selection of wines,
listening to an expert talk you through the subtle flavours and
history of where they came from and how they're made.
Alongside the
wine you'll taste various dishes or foods that will create totally
new flavour combinations, enhancing your appreciation of food and
wine pairing and giving you some grand ideas for the next dinner
party!
