Foraging Course for One in Derbyshire

About this experience

Enjoy a full day out and take a fun country walk with a twist! You'll join a foraging expert and others on the Monsal Trail above Bakewell, where you'll learn how to identify edible seasonal plants, seeds, nuts, flowers and fungi. A delicious Peak District packed lunch will be provided for your 3-4 hour foraging session. Following the foraging you will return to the Hartington's School of Food and will be shown a cooking demonstration where you will be shown 3 gourmet dishes made with the forage
