 hands-on full day class.
 Prepare a variety of enticing dishes –

 Your lesson takes place in a top cookery school, dedicated to
 providing a high standard of teaching, whilst emphasising
 ingredients’ nutritional value.
 Class sizes are kept small, so
 expect plenty of one-to-one tuition throughout the day.
 Over six
 hours, you’ll be taught to follow authentic recipes from each
 southern state – including those for Mangalorean chicken roast,
 Goan fish curry, masala dosa, sambar and vada.
 You’ll make use of
 typically southern coconut and seafood, grind fresh spice pastes,
 and discover new techniques to repeat – and build upon – at home.
 Vegetarian options are available by prior arrangement, and your
 freshly-made lunch includes a complimentary wine, beer or soft
 drink.
