Chocolate Experience Days: Learn to make luxury chocolates during this
chocolate making workshop in Old Alresford, near Winchester! You’ll
learn techniques from professional chocolatiers including moulding,
piping, and decorating to create your own unique chocolates that
you can take home and enjoy.
Your chocolate experience begins with a
welcome briefing from your master chocolatiers.
Refreshments will
be on hand so you can relax and enjoy unlimited tea and coffee as
the professional chocolatier kicks things off with a live
demonstration! Once you’ve seen how the pros do it, it’ll be your
turn to get creative and give it a go… You’ll start off by making
your own creamy chocolate ganache, ready to be piped into moulds
and chilled, creating the basis of your luxurious handmade
chocolates.
You’ll then move onto decorating, learning tips and
hints on fine piping from your chocolatier as you beautifully
decorate a chocolate lolly.
Once your chocolates have cooled,
you'll ‘demould’ the sweet treats to produce a wonderful range of
chocolates ready to decorate with the piping skills you learnt
earlier.
To top the day off, you’ll each take home your handmade
chocolates (around 21!), and your lolly in a beautiful box to share
with friends - or keep to yourself!
