As England's largest single estate vineyard, Denbies is an idyllic location to indulge in a spot of cheese and winemaking. Begin with Danish pastries, tea and coffee on arrival, before heading to Norbury Blue to get hands-on with each step of the cheese making process, from 'cutting' the curds and whey, to loading the moulds. Afterwards, Denbies put on a tasty three-course hot lunch, which is followed by a wine tasting session - sample a selection of award-winning estate wines under the guidance
